In my humble opinion no one who is just starting out should pay money for traffic. There is just too steep of a learning curve and you don’t need to lose a lot of money while you are learning.  You can get a lot of people to visit your site and it won’t cost you a dime, if you learn to do it right. When it comes to using article marketing you do need to follow some rules.

For one thing, it’s important to pick the right keyword. Ideally, you want a keyword that gets a fair amount of monthly searches but not too many. I know that may sound like dumb advice but if the keyword you target gets millions of searches every month, it’s a safe bet that it also has a lot of competition. If that’s the case your article will be so far down in the results that no one will read it anyway.  Better to target keywords with less competition so your article can end up on page one of Google, that’s how you’ll get the traffic.

Another thing to remember when you are building an  internet marketing articles business, is that if you just try to write some useless, poorly written articles you’ll just be wasting your time. No one expects to read a masterpiece online but most people expect at least some informative interesting  article.  Make sure your spelling is good and that you use decent grammar.
